have a court case with previous employer, is there problem doing

Hi

 

Thank you 老土及各位大侠. My latest previous employer fired me just after maternity leave. I am now still sue them on the court of Minister of Labour.. But my experience in that company is 1 and half year. Do you think I should have trouble if they do background check for this company?
