工资涨多少是个地域性的概念.

比如, 美国inflation rate ~1%, 所以工资涨不了多少. 而Russia, inflation rate ~10%, 工资涨了, 也不觉得涨.

一个公司, 给不同地域的预算是很不同的.

就算给你长10%, 让你搬到中国, Russia, 很多人宁愿留在美国拿2%.
