it's true that there are some tricks when looking for job, and it deserve to share with our fellows. but todays situation is, to some extend, to be hired is a lucky, expecially when the competing of IT job is so cruel.
Don't you hear that in some cases the resumes were thrown into the crash bucket without even a glimpse?
I stayed at home for months, but haven't get one interview till now from employer. I have local experience, english is not bad, resume is impressive(I think so), what's problem?
I guess my resume cannot standout to the top`5 from the 100 resumes after HR screen out, can you give some idea for that ?
