I just found out my company offer 3% 401K match as long as the employee contribute to more than 6% of their salary into the 401k account.
I contribute 10% into my 401k, so my compony match 3% for me.
You can't see it in my paystub. But, please remember this 3% is my real income.
Too bad I only told you 2%, otherwise I should I get 16% rise.
