I just did my annual review last Friday. My BIG boss gave me 5% salary increase. I gave him the salary guide and the achivements I made over the year and my value in the future. Bottom line is that I am asking for a promotion and a 20~30% salary increase. In the end, he asked me to give him another chance to re-review my annual review.
My senior manager hinted to me that I will get the promotion wanted but she is not sure how much the salary increase is going to be. I should expect to hear from the BIG boss soon this week.
