另一个部门要我去interview。拿不定主意要不要告诉老板and／or大老板. HM in the other department highly suggest I tell my boss, even big boss about it. Though we are in different dept, big boss is quite close with the head of the other dept. no one wants to burn bridge. but I am not sure if I want to make the move yet...
