I like your letter since it is organized and to the point. I guess you might have sent this letter already. Next time, I might change "let me know whether these are acceptable to you" to "let me know your thoughts" and delete the "in case you need to reach me" at the end. Condensing your wording will help you sound stronger. Other than that, your reasonings were excellent!
