need real advice!!!

I had an on site interview on 7th last month and followed up one week after interview with one of the interviewer, she told me the company still not decide who will take in and asked me to check with her again last monday. I did not call her just don't want them feel I am really anger to get this position, but so far did not get any response from them, yes or no for my position. Is it common for big company or what should I do? many thank.
