我该怎么回复HR?

大上周四面的试,在和HR面试时,HR问我是否还有其它的interview,我说还有几个,就和她说了几家公司要面我.

今天follow up her, 她回我"

Hi David,

  

We are still conducting interviews.  How are you doing with your other opportunities?

我该怎么回她,我的确是有interview,只不过一个在这周三,一个在这周四.还没面呢.但我不想这么告诉她,想push她一下,和她说有offer了?怎么说合适些?
