拿到一个IBM Data storage tech support的offer，很低，

我在美国东南， offer是7万6, 比我现在的工资还少3千，我想要8万5，

担心manager或者HR不批.  

但是还挺喜欢搞NAS/SAN data storage (

现在是作系统管理.) 大家说我该怎么办?
