找到一新工作,需搬家(刚买房一年).现在在一小公司. 新工作是知名度高大公司.工资涨5%.年终奖金涨9%(现在3%,新12%). 其它差不多. 是否值得搬家.另外,工作刚2年,已经换了一次(laidoff被迫).担心是否换工作太频繁,对以后不好.

请有经验的朋友给些意见, 谢谢!
