It is just a account of your own.

You can edit your profile, write whatever you like. Not necessarily your resume, just something that can sell your self.

You can add any linkdin accunt into your connection list, a co-worker, a Recruiter, a friend, whatever.

Just read other people's accoutn information, you can see how others did it.
