提职加薪

现在是Team leader,老板又刚许洛再加一个"Software Architect" 头衔, 所以我的名片上会是
"Software Architect, Integration Team Leader"的头衔。
想加"Manager"头衔, 老板讲我在这个"Career Path"里, 但时候还不到。还没加薪,但未来的几个月里会,
不知多少。


现在是组里的技术大拿,也是老板心腹。合作也有快半年了。老板和他的老板不太合, 我是他最重要的一股势力。大老板雇了一人和我老板来挖强脚, 我是重要被拉拢对象。

现在组里, 有一人和我平级同专业,但老板不喜欢他, 不过他比较会做人,和我及老板关系都不错。有另一不太搭界的另一 Team leader 天天和我翻,大概都是女人, 争宠心态。

现在主要做 Software Architect and Distribute Workloads.
But not responsible for other people's working results.
( Not taking credit and also not taking blame if they did bad ). But if there is any potential technical problems with anybody in the group, I am responsible to help it out.

写了这沫多, 主要是想大家参考, 下面怎么发展和处理人际关系对我最有利?
