如果跟大老板说了会不会得罪我的老板？

如果跟大老板说了会不会得罪我的老板？这个是我最担心的。以后加薪提职都在他手上呢。还有那个新经理，如果最后按照大头的意思让我lead design team，他会不会给我给我穿小鞋。那个人很事故，老练，我太嫩了，怕不是他的对手。
