尤其是2，我现在知道为什么我前一个老板总在打压我（威胁到她了），为什么我那technical差我一节的同事早就升上去，我却升不上去。美国公司里从中层到高层，50%时间花在politics上，非常影响生产力，大家一起不是想怎样干的更好，为公司带来效益，而是怎样保住自己的位置，把任何威胁到自己的人，后看不顺眼的人，不听话的人挤掉。
BTW about #6: one of our employee in my current company mentioned client name (company name, not individual) on facebook and it happened the client was also on facebook to read it. You know what happened? The client complained to our company about what this guy wrote on face book and this guy is no longer employed with us. Even you are leaving your company now, it is never hurt to be over cautious when you mention real company name as you don't know who is reading your post...just my 2 cents.
