我:

行业: IT

经验: 过10年

现在公司: 3年, IT team 里也算senior, 对公司business 最熟,因此, 最重要的project 和data 都是我管.

喜欢的方面: benifits 好, 熟习业务, 工作没压力.

不好的地方: commute 长, 每天4hrs 在路上.team 里两老印(一个比我早来), 一个工作能力极底,只能做些重复work, 另一个就只能做头一个的babysiter. 但两老印工资比我还高.我跟公司说过几次, 给我调过一次工资, 但还是不如两老印.我老板也没办法, 见我都有点不好意思, 所以尽量少烦我.只有遇上必较麻烦的projects才让忙一下.
