Some companies are more cautious than others in handling employee relations. While we don't hear much about language like this in job offers, in our increasinly lawsuit-happy world, it is not entirely surprising to see that the more conservative firms are taking extreme measures to ensure that they don't end up stuck with undesirable employees.
