昨天去了一个公司面试，不是很大的公司（17人），但是前景听起来不错。所要求的经验我也都有。是和owner，office manager 和graphic manager 三人的面试。但是不知为什么感觉没有建立起来Connection. 今天总结了一下，有几个问题想请教有经验的xdjm们

1， 我事先准备了很多他们有可能问道的有关我过去经验的问题，可是面谈的时候，他们用了大多数的时间介绍这个公司和这个职位，对于我的工作经历到没有什么问题。通常这种情况下，明智的应该怎样 ？
-- This is a very nice interview for you;
-- What you need to do is Smile and listen;
-- And show your interest of the topics and your confident, just briefly give comments as: "Yes, very nice! I can do it."

因为想针对他们所说的要点及时的说明我有这方面的经验，所以好像有点太过积极。。这样是不是对于employer来说很不好？？我是不是有些太过aggresive?
-- It depends.
-- Attitude is more important than skills.

2, 这个是夫妻公司，另外两个manager一个是亲戚一个是family friend. 这样的情况，他们是不是比较喜欢passive的employees？
-- all the companies, no matter big or small, like candidates with good attitude and excellent cummunication skills.

3，因为是小公司，如果我show too much ambition, 他们会不会有我 might cause trouble的印象？因为我说明the company is perfect for me not only I had the experiences, I also want to work for a company with the possibility of advancement and I would love to grow with the company.
-- The company is perfect for me not only I had the experiences which I can make contribution for the company from day one, but also I will feel I am a member of a big family, I will do whatever I can for this family.

总之，我现在比较的confuse. 到底是该向employer表达自己的实力和信心呢，还是以后如果再试这种小公司，在interview的时候要保守一些？Aggressive是大公司的喜欢的风格吗？
