推荐人请教

猎头的表格有要填三推荐人. 如果不想填直接的管人的, 填同事的话, 要不要声明是同事而非管我的? 我跟第一份工作的supervisor 有矛盾, 才被迫离开那个地方, 要怎么说比较好.
