Pretty well said about frontline supervisors/mid-level managers. But then, why this unnecessary putdown of the female half (I am exaggerating a bit, sure) of the management world? Where did that come from, and what purpose does it serve?
以前在国内,最多时带过六个人的TEAM,因为年轻因为项目压力大等等原因,我得了这么一个结论。大多数女人是不适合做管理者的(公司里有几个女经理,压力一上来就成了疯泼子,扔东西,骂人,无赖都有)。而我自己,也绝对不是个好管理者。让底下人做事情总觉得是求他们。
Granted, the context seemed to suggest that yours was a rushed conclusion that, more than anything else, had to do with your own past misconception/-perception. Still, the entire piece would have been worthier without it.
Having said the above, I haste to add, your admirable intentions and real efforts to share your experience will surely be appreciated by many here on this forum.
