1. Account Consultant – Staff – San Francisco, CA – Minimum 5 years of financial services experience. Responsible for ongoing internal and external communication of the status of daily client issues. Providing 1st tier support by taking direct calls from Clients, owning, troubleshooting, and resolving client application or production issues. A general understanding of the managed accounts business (SMA, UMA, mutual fund advisory, etc.) and APL's role in this space. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Applications Specialist – Senior – Jersey City, NJ - Work with a team of associates who provide client services for the Fiserv AdvantageFee billing. Responsibilities include responding to support requests from clients, assisting clients with billing system software installation and configuration and designing enhancements to the AdvantageFee billing system. Experience with MS SQL Server.
3. Audit & Compliance Analyst – Jersey City, NJ – We’re looking to add another member to the team. No more than 5 years total working experience. Facilitate internal/external General Computer Control reviews and client requested audits. Monitor and maintain an awareness of state, federal, and industry regulations as well as company established IT security policies. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards/frameworks: GLBA, ISO17799, CoBIT, SAS 70.
4. Business Systems Analyst - Staff - Jersey City, NJ - Minimum of 3 to 5 years financial service industry or related work experience, Deep knowledge of SDLC process, knowledge of web based technologies, knowledge of SQL scripts, stored procedures and queries.
5. Customer Ops Representative – Jersey City, NJ - 1+ years experience in securities industry, extremely professional and outstanding at communicating in a positive & effective manner.

7. Project Manager-Staff – Jersey City, NJ - 7 + years project management experience. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and development project lifecycle. Extensive experience in meeting planning and facilitation. PMP Certification is a must.
8. QA Analyst – Staff – Jersey City, NJ - 3 + years of QA experience testing software applications. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with test automation frameworks such as HP’s QTP. Good working knowledge of the UNIX operating system. Knowledge of Financial Services / Investment Management
9. Sr. Software Quality Assurance Analyst – Morris Plains, NJ - Communicates with QA Manager, Developers, Product Managers, Usability Engineers and Technical Support specialists on product issues to ensure that the product is fully tested. 4 + years proven work experience in Software Quality Assurance Engineering, software quality methodologies, principles and processes. 2 + years with SQL Server and/or Oracle Database and Microsoft .Net technology with Windows XP. Experience writing Test Scripts (i.e. Perl, Python, TCL) or automation test tool (QTP) is a plus.
10. Software Developer - Senior – Jersey City, NJ - Minimum 5 years of experience using .NET, WPF and WCF technologies working on User Experience and SSRS Reporting. .NET Framework 3.5 (VB.Net, WPF, WCF), SSRS and SQL queries. Demonstrated skill and ability in software design using Design Patterns, Object Oriented Methodologies, programming, testing, and debugging and a sound SDLC understanding. Experience with C++ is a plus. BS/MS in Computer Science / Software Development
11. Software Developer - Staff – Jersey City, NJ - At least 3 years experience as a software developer, including experience using C++, VB.Net and SQL Queries. Demonstrated skill and ability in software design using Design Patterns, Object Oriented Methodologies, programming, testing, and debugging and a sound SDLC understanding. Experience with SSRS and with .Net Framework 3.5 is a plus
12. Systems Administrator – Staff – Fremont, CA - Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 and Windows 7/Vista/XP, IIS and Microsoft SQL. Ability to write and modify PowerShell scripts. Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design, configuration, cabling, communications and hardware selections and installation.
13. User Experience Designer – Senior – Fremont, CA - 5 + years experience of end-to-end user experience and create designs that are visually appealing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. This role requires skills in visual design, information architecture, interaction design, and a solid understanding of current rich internet application and web technologies. Expertise with HTML/DHTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript and ASP.NET a plus.
