Supporting/Caring: "Pat, if you can spare the time, will you please give me some help on this project? Thank you so much." （虔谦，美国老土...)----external partners or colleagues in other department

Directing/Guiding: "Pat, please complete this part for me so I can wrap up this project." （WaitGC, 蒙蒙雾，世界无童话...）--your own employees and direct reports but need to soften teh wording

Analytical: "Pat, if you assist me, I can complete this project this week. Will you organize this section?" （easy.spin, 胡说之，吃糖，布衣之才, sigma...)--colleagues who are somewhat inferior

Expressive: "Pat! Help! I am swamped - how about running some figures for me?" （离弦之贱,灰衣人...)--superior colleagues and managers
