急求美国老土兄弟，职坛的XDJM 们。。。。

难道不能提供team leader或经理以上的推荐人就没戏了吗？

我给面试过４次的公司提供了３个推荐人，其中最近的２个公司都是经理级别的。
倒数第三个是个大公司，不过在那里做了一年半的合同工，跟我们部门的team leader关系非常一般，所以就提供了部门同事做refernce，结果这个公司非问我是否能提供team leader或经理以上级别做reference。 我试着联系了一下这个team leader，他的回复如下。

美国老土，坛子里的XDJM 们，大家说我该怎么办？ 我这offer还有戏吗？ 郁闷死我了。

ABC company's policy in regards to referrals does not allow direct contact with team leaders. I asked HR what could be done and if you would like you can contact our HR Department and ask for a letter that will state when you worked for ABC and what your job responsibilities were during your tenure at ABC .

Unfortunately at this time I can not use me as a reference.
