My friend got two offers last week after 6-month job hunting. I encourage everyone who is looking for a job not to give up, you need to keep trying and timing is everything.

Bio tech com (small) 95K plus benefit
Big online company 85K plus benefit
Same title: Sr. Fin. Analyst

Please help my friend to choose wisely. He was from a big Pharm. company and laid off. He is in CA.
