What I wrote this morning for the preparation:

My name is xxx. I have been working in the clinical research field for the past 3 years. Currently, I am a clinical data coordinator at xxx research department. I have been in this position for the last 2 years. At this position, I manage several oncology study databases, from phase I to III. My duty also including study set up, regulation issues, patient randomization, drug distribution, etc. Key achievement for this position is improved data accuracy by 60% for NCI studies. Before than, I worked at a pre-clinical bio-tech company, xxx. I worked at Data management department as a technical report writer. At that position, I analyzed the toxicology data and wrote reports. The Key achievement was developed a new procedure to transfer data which saved more than 50% of the time. I also worked at xxx in US and as xxx in China many years ago, all of them were Bio-medical related positions. For my education, I got my master degree of xxx form xxx University. I also have a Medical Degree from China.

Is there anything else you want to know?

There isn't room for growth with my current employer and I'm ready to move on to a new challenge.

With in five years, I would like to become the very best DM in your company. I wan to work toward becoming an expert others can rely on.
