学校的福利有short/long term disability benefits吗？

和学校的人力资源部门联系一下，看看他们有没有那种帮助雇员的服务.遇到这么大的事,他们应该帮助你的.

其它我也想不出什么好主意了. 等等看这里的大拿们也许会有好办法.祝愿你能早日康复. 千万别灰心.
