the best way is to gather commentsand feedbacks from other team members and make this guy realize that he is not a team player and hard to collaborate. make him realize this will affect his career. If he does not report to you, you should talk with his supervisor about this and let that person handle him. In the mean time, side-track him to unimportant stuff in yoru team.
