两周前有个电话面试，是个大学的职位，当时有5，6个人同时面试，都是BEHAVIOR QUESTION, 觉得回答的一般吧，经验不多，很紧张，和自己练习时不一样。
-- It is really easy to answer behavir questions as long as you prepared well.
-- The key point is: answer what they want to hear, not what you think.
-- I listed and summarized many interview questions on my website, go get it, memory it.
当时他们说他们还需要一周来电话面试其他人。现在两周过去了，还没消息，我怎么FOLLOW UP呢？我打算明天给HR发个EMAIL,该怎么说呢？
Dear John,
How are you doing?
Two weeks has passed since my phone interview, would you please let me know if any decision has been made?
Thanks and have a nice day!

每次联系都是通过HR的EMAIL.
