Congratulation for the offer!
Now days, it is relatively easy to get a TEMP position job then a FTE job.
This doesn't mean the TEMP job is not good.
As long they give good pay and they can keep you do the job you like, many contractors enjoy to be a contractor, not willing to convert to a FTE.
