当猎头说所有confidentiality agreement都会这样的
Or: "This is the policy of our company, I can't change it".

The fact is :
A contract is just a paper the two signed party agreed on.

If you do not agree some items, then you do not have to sign it.
However, sometime, if you need the job, you are in the week side of the two party, you do not have much power to negotiate.

But, at least, you can try. You can try to ask the upper level if the item can change. Before you ask, be prepared what you are going to say.

If you need the offer, the bottom line is keep the offer when you do the negotiation.
