照你这么说，美国的PM对技术要求很低，是不是？

我以前做过国内项目的PM和日本项目的PM。PM都是组里技术最好的。也都是最终的Technical Support。也就是说，没人能拿得起来，PM就得拿起来。
如果美国的PM只是一个行政位子，我还是不想试了，不喜欢搞政治。
