麻烦大家帮我分析下 check reference后的情况。

这是一个university staff 职位。在经过了reference check 一周后，没有任何消息，忍不住给HR 和 HM 发了follow up email. HR 没回，这是HM 的回复，大家帮忙看看， 还有希望吗？先谢谢各位。

The search process is in the final stage and will take probably another two weeks or so to conclude. I am not at liberty to say anything more than that, though I know you would like more information. Hang in there a little longer.
