现在是下海的时候吗？

以前工作的一个公司由于种种原因散伙了。以前工作过的CEO现在拉了些人准备重整旗鼓。CEO问我可否考虑再一起干。问题是现在经济情况这么差？我刚到现在公司才刚忙过来。值得考虑吗？
