今个一大早,东岸的电话打过来,check reference.
对方大概不知道咱是在西岸,差仨钟头,老爷(注1)还没升起来...
对方是一负责background check 的第三者,听这一点也不土.
她没说清被check者的名字,晃糊听到名字中有一个hong的音.
明白了,咱当然专拣好的说了...
主要问的问题有:
How long time do you know her?
What is her strong point?
How about her communication skills?
Will you recommend her?
What aspects she need make improvement?

想到被check者在找工作的过程中又进了一步,让咱咋能不高兴?
