what is the difference between the senior position of the bank and the intermediate one of the Crown corporation? If there is no big difference, I would probably go to Choice 2, because it is more stable and not performace based, especially for a woman, while a bank is very stressful. Besides, a few minute driving is nothing. You are very lucky to have two great offers.
