请问版上各位大虾，part-time的工作一般享受保险还有其他一些单位的福利吗？
-- It depends company's policy.
-- Usually company do not offer benefits for part time employee working less than 30 hours per week.
跟全职有什么区别？上班有什么要注意的吗？
-- Do your work as a FTE (Full Time Employee).
-- Enjoy work with everybody and let everybody enjoy work with you.
-- Your first priority of the day is what your manager told you to do.


通过电话面试，onsite，被告知可能会半工开始上班（一周2-3天），后面看表现转全职。恳请建议。
-- Many times, part time job is a testing to see who you are and what you can do.
-- We all know you will do it well and will be converted to a FTE.
-- Enjoy your free time when you do not work.
-- Many FTE employe want to get part time job, but they couldn't. How lucky you are!
