I am facing the same issue as well. I am so confuse now. I fill out the salary at beginning the interview and I finished all 3 interviews -- 2 manager, 1 director, 1 head of department and 1 HR manager. All of them like me a lot, and want to give me an offer. However, the offer cannot even compare with my current salary (20000 less) + vacation cuts + I am working 35 hours per week, the new job should work 40 hours.

If they knew they cannot even give me the base salary, why they want to continue the interview with me. :( so mad about it. wasting my time and their time.
