谁说咱好，谁就是咱的推荐人

我有位朋友的先生曾经在一个很有名的大学实研室工作。跟老板搞不好关系。 现被雷在家。他现在的状况是一门心思打官司。学校打不赢就往州里告。 谁劝都不听。 他的理由是他已经被老板逼上绝路了。他拿不到前任单位的推荐信。 因而无法找到工作。 他必须打赢官司才能翻身。人人都知道退一步海阔天高。 可怎样才能让他走出困境，找到下一个工作呢？大家都不希望他成为下一个“王医生”。请大家出出主意帮帮他走出死胡同。如何才能找到工作而无需前任单位的 background checking? 谢谢大家。

-- No matter were laid off or fired, for your reference check, the HR will not tell why you left this position, they only tell your start date and end date.
-- You should always use people who say good thing about you as your reference, it is not hard to do this.
-- Get a contractor job, it is not too hard.
-- I knew many real people who was laid off or fired, found better job immediately.
