should i take it or not?

laid off from a fortune 100 company. got an offer yesterday (75K) Sr. fin. analyst. west coast. the salary is not bad. I used to make much more. But I really don;t like the company (non profit org.). I can afford staying home collecting unemployment checks. I am not very excited about this job and always want to work for big company.

My concern is if I accept this job. it won't be good on my resume. it will affect my going back to big company in the future. what should i do???????????
