Energy Engineer opening in Oregon

looking for an Energy Engineer to help Oregon State University - Cascades Campus, start up their energy engineering department on the campus in Bend, OR. This position is a tenure track opportunity. Ideal candidate will have a PhD in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ph.D. in engineering (mechanical engineer preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to attract significant grant
funding
• Published in high quality scholarly publications
• Research experience in the following areas:
• energy conversion systems such as power
plant and solar collectors
• means of storing energy such as batteries and
hydrogen
• energy distribution systems
• efficient use of energy in building,
manufacturing and process systems.
