现在工作是小manager,但是前任，再前任manager都因为这个组活太多，不被认可而离职。更更前任manager留在公司但再不愿作此组 manager。此组也在不同地方挂来挂去，每次小manager换都是因为大manager换。 此组的人由原来的50-60人到现在的小于10 人，能干的都到好公司去了，工作勉强展开，组员抱怨工作太多，除了水平一般，工作也确实多。作为manager，本人必须身体力行以一敌10，即使如此仍然不能照顾周全，惹的大manager超心，效益一般也不加人。觉得一见面就谈resource也不是回事儿。心想，如果谁认为此组好管，让他管去吧。正如LP所言，如果这个mgr好作，也轮不到我。

现在有offer从其他公司来，作QA/test，工资和现在相当，福利更好，想必不要本人担心太多，所以想离职。但决定太难下。 希望有更多时间，有可能的话，做些自己的事。"
-- Since you do not like your current job and you get an offer from MSFT. This is nice.
-- MSFT offers almost the best benefit package （you already knew it）. You will get family medical and dental insurance for free and there is no copay whenever you go to see doctor.
-- There is another thing you may not know:
MSFT encourage employee change position every 1.5 year.
It means you can change to a new group which you like and they like you without the approval from your current manage as long as you worked in that group for more than 1.5 yr. For this reason, you better take the offer you get right now, use this chance to bring yourself into MSFT, and jump to other group after 18 months if you find out you do not like this group.
Overall, seems to me you have all the gain compare with your current situation.
-- Plus, it will be closer to China whenever you need flight back to Beijing.
