公司大头们走了好几个，意味着什么？

母公司上半年将我们公司重组后，在过去的2，3个月，公司的头号，2号人物(他们是分公司的创始人）及另一重量级VP都离开了。母公司总裁要＂光临＂并倾听我们的concern.部门director说他们的离开是因为个人原因或有更好的机会，我们的财务状况还是很好的。切！除非*****，谁没事干离开自己创建运行了好几年财务状况还好的公司。谁知道。不知道还能混多久，看来要加入找工作的队伍了...nnd
