请教：申请一PT Accountant position， 怎么回答公司的两个问提

他们要schedule 个面试， 同时问我以下问题,要我在interview前回答。 想听听大家意见， 他们的意图是什么, 怎么回答？我自己觉得不太comfortable 他们问这两个问题， 尤其第二个， 难道要我把以前公司的excel example给他们？

1) The position is currently a Part Time position (aprox. 24 hours per week). If and when the position expanded to full time, would that make it more or less attractive to you, and why?

2) One possible component of the job will be using and creating Excel models. Please provide us with an Example of an Excel work product you created, along with a brief explanation of what it does and why.
