For this kind of question, I know, from googling the online answers, that I should focus on the positive, and turn the negative into positive, etc. However if the interviewer insists on specifics and I can not avoid or get around it, how should I best answer this tough question? I just need a good concrete example on how you would answer it. I will be having an interview tomorrow for a software developer position involving application operation support and development. I would appreciate any thought and help from you.
Thanks.

It's hard to believe "找老土" is something he doesn't like.
