实际上，最关键的是你的manager. if your manager can back up you, you dont need worry. if not, your manager can not protect you, I do understand that you are with the tough situation.
Several SENIOR people in my office are similiar to yours. They want to protect theirself, also want to bully Asian (i am from china).

Any good solution?! i am getting headache.
