什么Title合适？

我的情况是这样：
现在在一所研究所作RESEARCH Associate. 基于我们研究小组的成果成立了一个startup的小公司（medical technology 方面的），我们组所有的人都要转到公司，虽然我的工作性质不变（挖掘新的ＩＤＥＡ，然后来实现，还有就是把我已经开发的program包装，commercialize.），但这样就面临了一个转工作title 的问题。请大家给推荐一些titles对我以后换工作有好处。小声说一声，我最不中意的头衔是software engineer，觉得自己年纪大了，也没有那方面的潜能，我希望自己的title still related to research. Thanks!
