Severance Pay:你老公才干几个月,如果公司给了三周的notice, Severance Pay就没有了.

UI: There's always a reason behind the let go, find out and ensure your hu*****and did hear they said:" It wasn't you. It was us." Do not sign anything on any documents. If your hu*****and has any problem to apply for UI, bring the documents to the attorney to look over.

Reference:几个月的Reference对彼此都意义不大.

It's not necessarily against company, but certainly in your favor.跟公司好好商量,尽快找下家才是上策
