想从.net developer往data analyst转，是不是好？

做developer有9年了都，.net要学的东西越来越多，我想往data analyst,dba方面转，以后混进政府学校之类的，大家觉得如何？就图一个将来不用老学东西，只要钱跟现在一样就行。
