Since they were gone, they are the best scapegoats
they are responsible for it. just not here anymore and now ti si the timeline being affected, which others may blame me.

Do you expect seniors read your reports?
This one? yes. If they don't, I would ask my boss to refer his account of the events back to that report. potentially, I can send it to big big boss and all his sr. leaders since many of their departments are involved.
3. why did you uncover them at the first place? --not me personally. When those people left, I took over their responsibilities. We have a product review for submission. The mess was uncovered by another department. I happen to be the owner of this part and the ocntact person with that department.
why didnot you try to contain it in a very small scale?
In a way, I don't want it to go away quietly. It involves multiple departments. So it will not be contained in a small scale anyway
