跳来跳去是基于何种考量？
for money and for career if other company has better position.

我知道如果从事的工作和技术没多大关系，那频繁跳槽只能越跳起点越低，所以我深知自己没那本钱跳，只能闷骚地在同一个地方挖井，一直挖下去，希望能挖到水。
sometimes, experiences are key in industries.
Experiences give you better judgement and business acumen.

嚎哎我，从事技术含量高的工作的那些人好像不是这样，跳一次加20%跳一次加15%的，其职业轨迹和普通职业规划相去甚远，觉得那才是真正的人往高处走。
是这样吗？
